Isaiah 2:5



O house of Jacob, come,
    and let us walk in the light of the Lord.

This is a plea that is universal to all those who would be known as the children of God. How can we do otherwise? There are around us so many distractions, so many idols demanding our time and worship, be they sports related, entertainment related, politically related, or any other idol in a long list too numerous to mention. Make no mistake, these things truly are idols that take away from our relationship with the one who is our true Lord, our true Savior, our true God.
